- Do you offer custom plans?
- As standard we offer Linux based hosting as this provides the most stable solution. Should you prefer Windows hosting or if your require a custom package we can tailor make a package that meets you requirements. Please contact us for further details.
- What email options are there?
- As standard we provide POP/IMAP mailboxes. We also offer MS Exchange mailboxes (please see here) and can help setup Gmail accounts.
- Do you offer monthly payment options?
- We normally charge annually for hosting accounts, however if you prefer to pay monthly please contact us to arrange this.
- Do you offer 24 hour support?
- Our servers are securely housed in a specalised data center and managed and monitored by an expert team 24/7. All customer queries are dealt with promptly.
- Is my data backed up?
- All of our hosting plans include daily data backup. However please note that some lower end plans don't include email backup, if you require this please purchase MS Exchange or contact us to discuss details.
- Can you help me transfer my website?
- Yes! we offer a transfer in service for websites and emails to assist you with the move.
